Established in 2019 by Kane Wei, We Innovate provides multiple solutions to your construction needs.  We are a licensed General Contractor (CGC1527430) and Certified Minority Business with the Florida Office of Supplier Diversity.   With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Kane has managed projects within multiple fields of construction, from a clinical research hospital renovation for the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD to Research and Development Facilities for a Food and Beverage Conglomerate, as well as mixed use retail - student housing and numerous public school construction for Collier, Lee, and Osceola Counties; his expertise provides the foundation for We Innovate Building Solutions.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AS AGENT

Undertaking a construction project can be a daunting task.  As your partner, we will help to establish up-front budgets, inclusive of all soft and hard costs associated with your project.  We can help with design team selections, permitting solutions, and General Contractor bids, and manage the construction process inclusive of cost management.  Finally, once the project is  complete, our teams will secure facilities management firms to ensure that your investment is maintained and serviced for the longevity of use.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK

Our expertise lies in our ability to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end.  Our team will provide support to you in the development and design phases of the construction process, then serve as the general contractor during the construction phase.  Although we are a small company, we have experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM), and can utilize these tools to optimize the construction process.  Our goal is to deliver a long-lasting quality product that completely satisfies your needs.
